Each week, after our sessions, I’d love your feedback on what worked & what I can improve.
It’s been a few years since I’ve run a group program, so I may be a little rustier than I’d prefer… your feedback is a real gift.
And, as always, no pressure… you can skip it. But it’s good practice to get honest about what’s working & what can be improved, as I mentioned before, because you can use this in every area of your life to make incremental improves that become exponential through micro-repetitions.
